Position: Early Childhood Educator Contract: Permanent position: Hours: Monday – Friday, 38 hours per week Applications close: 9am Friday 27 March 2026. About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dedicated educator to join our Montessori community in a supportive classroom capacity. In this role, you will assist in guiding children through their early developmental journey using authentic Montessori principles. You will help create and maintain a peaceful, well‑prepared environment, support the implementation of the classroom program, and contribute to the social, emotional, and physical wellbeing of each child. This position plays a vital role in fostering independence, curiosity, respect, and joy in learning.You will work closely with the Class Director to observe and record children’s progress, support classroom routines, ensure the environment is safe and orderly, and uphold the Montessori ethos throughout daily practice.
