What to e xpect: The Training Design and Delivery team is responsible for the planning, development, and execution of company wide frontline training curricula. As a Hub instructor in EWR, you will be responsible for supporting the training team to deliver training and post training support in a variety of different subjects including Cabin Appearance, Lavatory and Potable Water servicing, Passenger Assistance, Baggage Acceptance, Interior Search, Flight Deck Clean and Electrostatic Spray. You will work with Station leadership and collaborate with UGE Learning and Development leaders for instructor certification progress and the strategic development of learning resources to effectively support Hub job functions. How you will make an impact: - Manage multiple requests/projects and prioritize based on operational need. - Manage a classroom and OJT of frontline and management employees. - Maintain instructor qualifications as required for efficient trainings needed for Hub work. - Able to self-manage in projects, instructional, administrative, and financial responsibilities. - Support Hub transitions - Support with training logistics documentations for any prerequisite requirements -...
