Product Design Manager

Job description

As a Product Design Manager, you will lead the Postcode Lottery Netherlands team of Product Designers, championing the craft and encouraging the personal development of your reports. As a design leader, you help foster a truly user-centered culture, ensure cross-team alignment, and drive adoption of group design processes. You contribute to group-level strategy, working closely with the Group Product Design Lead to embed design across teams, processes and roles within the Netherlands. You’ll combine leadership with hands-on design work, delivering direct value to our users for one of the product teams.
