Assists as necessary within the Scheduling department during down time. MISSION: Improving lives, Optimizing wellness, Promoting independence RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Must remain patient and maintain good customer service when working with participants and internal or external staff Escorts participants to all outside appointments that have been arranged by the scheduling department Assists with the needs of the participant during any outside appointment (i.e. participant paperwork, toileting, mobility and possible transfers) Documents services provided during the escorted appointment consistently and accurately via Electronic Health Records (EHR).
