This enterprise-scale initiative will deploy Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM as the unified human capital management platform for federal civilian employees across the government across multiple federal agencies. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain the analytics and reporting ecosystem that provides government leadership, agency HR directors, and federal managers with real-time workforce analytics, compliance reporting, and predictive insights. You will work across Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and HCM Extract to build executive dashboards, ad hoc reporting capabilities, org chart visualizations, and EHRI/GHRR data submissions.
