Head of Origination - UK The Head of Origination has the primary role of overseeing the activities of the junior professionals and monitoring performance as a whole to generate commercial opportunities. The Head of Origination defines and communicates the business’s KPIs and targets to junior sales personnel on a regular basis, analyses patterns in consumer and market behaviour, and subsequently defines data-driven action strategies in order to consistently optimise the business’s commercial performance.
