You lead the Sanitation Department for Tate’s Bake Shop on Long Island, New York, owning the Sanitation, Pest Control and related food safety agendas for the business while leading a Sanitation team comprised of salaried and hourly associates. How You Will Contribute: You will lead Sanitation, Pest Control and related food safety programs at Tate’s Bake Shop on Long Island, New York. This includes developing the overall strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading teams and ensuring day-to-day operational execution. You will provide both leadership and technical guidance in the areas of Sanitation, PEM and Pest Control compliance. You will also develop and implement strategies that emphasize teamwork, safety, and best-in-class practices with a “consumer first” mindset.
