About the role We are seeking a highly motivated Product Planning Specialist to join our European Product Department. This role involves developing and executing product planning strategies for BYD’s new energy vehicles, conducting market analysis, refining target audience messaging, and leading go-to-market initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet customer expectations and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: - Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand the competitive landscape, pricing dynamics, and incentive policies within the European passenger car market. Identify trends and opportunities to enhance product positioning. - Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Development: Define and refine target customer segments, mapping out their journey, pain points, and expectations to create compelling messaging. - Customer Insights & Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, focus groups, and data analysis.
