Job Summary: As a Managing Director on our Global Employer Services Team, you will apply your industry knowledge and experience as you work on clients of the Firm providing executive compensation advisory services to high level executives, Board, and senior management. You will be a critical part of the office's/region's Tax Services leadership team. You may be responsible for teaching, instructing and reviewing the work of those with less experience. You will also be the main client contact for compensation consulting and complex questions and information. As a Managing Director, you will be responsible for marketing, networking and business development within your area of experience and expertise with the help of our Business Development team, as well as maintaining key client relationships.
