Job description

- Salary ranges from $99,938 to $110,271 + super & leave loading. - Temporary full time from 1 August to 18th December 2026 - Onsite at our Lake Keepit Sport and Recreation Centre About the role: The Service Coordinator plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing local services across the site. This position is responsible for contract management and active engagement with suppliers and service providers delivering asset and facilities services, including maintenance, catering, cleaning, and other operational support functions. The role leads the implementation and ongoing management of the site’s asset maintenance system and ensures the effective planning and delivery of planned, preventative, lifecycle, and reactive maintenance activities. These services are delivered through a mix of external contractors and on-site support staff, with accountability for performance, compliance, and delivery within an approved budget.
