In our Cognitive Intelligence Solutions Directorate we are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead research and development programs on behalf of our DoW customers. This individual will manage a large technically diverse team, fostering customer relationships, overseeing financials, cost, and schedule for a variety of projects and contracts. This position requires a leader with a proven track record of providing their staff growth opportunities by identifying, capturing, and winning new contract work in addition to on-contract growth to expand their portfolio and diversify our customer base.
