Job Title: Paint Process Engineer: Type of contract: Full-time Expected Hiring Date: ASAP Work Location: - Chattanooga, TN - This person will transfer permanently to Toledo, OH in January 2027 Responsibilities: - Lead paint development activities to achieve required quality levels and OEM specifications at committed cost - Coordinate cross‑functional teams including plant production, paint setting, laboratory, suppliers, and customers - Ensure paint process stability for both product and process, including quality, repeatability, and consistency - Manage paint technical relationships with raw material suppliers and validate new paint products - Define paint zoning commitments and ensure proper application of Design-to-Paint methodology - Drive jigs development from CAD design through on-site validation, including prototype phases - Lead paint trials, evaluate painted parts, and define necessary adjustments for robust process performance - Validate paint rang...
