What we are looking for This is a newly created, critical, Service Assurance role covering both Product and Projects. The role ensures that Products and Projects are fit for Production and all preparatory work has been completed to ensure a successful transition into Business-as-Usual. It collaborates with Engineering, Product, and Project teams to ensure this is the case. The role engages throughout the Product and Project lifecycle ensuring Operational needs are met, testing is effective and operability is assured. It collaborates with operational teams to ensure detailed review and approvals including DBA, Support, Operations, On boarding, and Upgrade teams This role manages a small team of analysts and PMO. The role interacts with State Street governance and senior leadership.
