This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care while supporting, coaching, and supervising nursing staff. Primary Responsibilities: Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure safe, effective care delivery Coordinate daily unit operations, staffing assignments, and workflow Ensure timely completion of treatments, medications, and physician orders Monitor documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Communicate changes in resident condition to providers, leadership, and families Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care planning and outcomes Participate in quality improvement, infection control, and regulatory readiness Support admissions, discharges, and transitions of care Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented care environment What We’re Looking...
