Position Summary Newmark is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator focused on high-volume collateral production, property marketing support, pursuit materials, mapping, and listing maintenance. The Senior Marketing Coordinator will serve as a key cross-functional resource, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials, maintaining critical listing platforms, supporting broker-facing deliverables, and helping improve workflow efficiency through project management and technology-enabled processes. The position will sit within Operations with a dotted-line reporting relationship to Marketing to ensure operational accountability while maintaining brand consistency, quality standards, and alignment with Newmark’s marketing framework.
