This includes integrating new devices, developing custom monitors, maintaining device templates, and troubleshooting performance issues within the platform. The engineer will work closely with IT infrastructure, application, and cloud teams to ensure comprehensive coverage and accurate alerting, thereby enabling proactive incident management and efficient root cause analysis.
