JOB SUMMARY: The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing and developing high-quality learning experiences that support employees, customers, and partners across VelocityEHS products and solutions. This role executes on defined training needs aligned to product releases, operational priorities, and enablement programs. The Instructional Designer partners with Training Program Managers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into structured, engaging, and scalable learning assets. This position focuses on content creation, instructional design execution, and continuous improvement of learning materials within a defined training framework, including support of self-service learning experiences such as Help Center content.
