About the Team Our E-commerce team is at the heart of crafting the entire commerce experience that connects creators, sellers, and buyers across the globe. Our team builds the innovative technology that powers everything from live shopping and product discovery to checkout and logistics, making shopping on TikTok joyful, engaging, and effortless. As a Talent Acquisition Intern on our Talent Acquisition team, you will be a key player in building the teams in the E-commerce organization. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract top technical talent in an open market. More than just finding candidates, you will be a brand ambassador, ensuring every potential hire has a high-quality and welcoming experience from the very first contact.
