POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for leading and managing the design, implementation, and optimization of the organization's complex and mission-critical restaurant information technology systems. This role demands a high level of expertise in IT infrastructure, network architecture, and project management to ensure the utmost performance, security, and innovation. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field. Experience: 4-6 years of experience in IT systems engineering or a related role. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Physical Requirements : Ability to speak/hear clearly in person and on the telephone. Ability to operate a computer keyboard and mouse. Requires extended periods of time working on a computer terminal.
