Goodwill Southern California is seeking a Part-Time Multi-Site Job Coach to support individuals with developmental disabilities at various worksites throughout the region. This role focuses on teaching job skills, promoting inclusion, and fostering independence in real-world work settings. What You’ll Do: - Provide on-the-job training and coaching at multiple locations. - Reinforce workplace skills, focus, and positive habits. - Advocate for reasonable accommodations and inclusion. - Communicate regularly with participants, employers, and program teams. - Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and compliance with program standards.
