Junior Hardware Engineer

Job description

We are seeking a highly self-driven Junior Hardware Engineer to support system-level testing and diagnostics of networking routers. This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, as the individual will work daily with cross-functional teams to diagnose, track, and resolve issues. The ideal candidate can work independently while effectively coordinating with a large, diverse team. - Perform system-level diagnostic testing on network routing platforms - Execute hardware validation, functional, and regression testing - Identify, isolate, and document system and hardware failures - Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams (HW, FW, systems, manufacturing, etc.) to resolve issues - Communicate test results, failures, and debug status clearly and professionally - Read and interpret schematics and block diagrams to support debugging efforts - Test and validate networking and routing equipment - Manage multiple tasks independently and meet schedules with minimal oversight - Maintain clear, structured documentation of test procedures and results Required Qualifications (Must-Have): Advancing connectivity to secure a brighter world.
