POSITION SUMMARY: The Digital Campaign Manager will lead the development and execution of full-funnel, integrated digital marketing campaigns that support Natera’s regional marketing efforts. This role is responsible for architecting multi-channel digital initiatives that guide prospects through every stage of the buyer’s journey from awareness to conversion and converting marketing demand into a measurable pipeline for sales. The ideal candidate combines strong digital strategy expertise with analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for data-driven optimization. This role collaborates closely with Business Marketing, Sales Operations, Field Marketing, Digital Operations, and Creative teams to drive measurable results across high-impact clinical markets. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, execute, and optimize integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, including awareness, acquisition, nurturing, and retargeting programs. Partner with Business Marketing to develop campaign strategy, messaging alignment, audience targeting, and channel mix across portfolios.
