Role Overview: The Business Process Manager – Service Back-office will serve as the primary point of contact for the business ensuring alignment of global service back-office processes with strategic initiatives, including the S4Future program. This role will analyze current processes, identify opportunities for harmonization and automation, and help drive scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency. This role requires deep expertise in the end-to-end processes, data flows and system integrations for Service. This role will help define process standards, drive global harmonization, and ensure that technology solutions – including S4Hana, AI-enabled automation but also linked to FSM / Oxando – support efficient and effective business operations.
