The Summit YMCA, a branch of the Summit Area YMCA (SAY), is seeking energetic and passionate Swim Instructors to join our aquatics team. The Swim Instructor provides direct leadership, instruction, and motivation for participants in swim lessons. Instructors follow YMCA Swim Lesson guidelines and ensure a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment for all. You might be the right candidate if: - You enjoy swimming and want to share your skills with others. - You have a passion for working with children - You are a people person who enjoys making connections and building relationships. - You want to make a difference in the community. - You are a skilled swimmer and can also tread water.
