You’ll partner closely with finance and business stakeholders across WIB, providing clear insights into expense drivers and leading improvements that strengthen financial control and value protection. You’ll work across the full expense management cycle, balancing day‑to‑day delivery with forward‑looking analysis and problem solving. A big part of your role will be lifting capability by improving how work gets done, simplifying processes, and supporting your team to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. You’ll also lead and develop an offshore team, setting clear direction and fostering a strong performance culture. This is a full-time role based in Sydney, with flexibility supported.
