DUTIES: Essential duties for this position include but are not limited to: - Advise and coach current, new, and potential students in the MT10 program using a caseload model - Meet with each MT10 student in their caseload monthly, as well as serve as a resource for day-to-day academic and campus support - Engage in regular communication with students to support enrollment and retention - Support recruitment efforts for the MT10 program at Montana Technological University and Highlands College - Assist students with the resolution of education-related issues and questions - Utilize student information system such as Banner, O...
