Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Engagement & Relationship Building - Identify and engage facility leaders, decision makers, and influencers in target markets. - Represent our company in meetings as a trusted advisor and advocate for customer needs. - Build long-term partnerships by providing reliable support, solutions, and follow-through. Aftermarket Solutions: - Promote and facilitate parts sales, preventative maintenance agreements, and service repairs. - Support customers with budgeting for HVAC projects and facilitate turnkey project execution. - Assist in project closeout by attending owner training sessions, introducing Hobbs service capabilities to facility teams, and positioning Hobbs as the long-term partner for post-warranty suppor...
