Description Mental Health Connecticut (MHC) is a statewide not for profit provider agency that partners with individuals, their families, and the surrounding communities to create environments that support long-term health and wellness. MHC has a part-time opening Monday - Wednesday; 12:00 am - 8:00 am (Sunday overnight into Monday Morning, Monday overnight into Tuesday morning, and Tuesday overnight into Wednesday morning) for a Residential Specialist I within the Danbury area. This position will be responsible to document and deliver services to persons in recovery in the activities outlined in their Individual Recovery Plans. Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour. MHC is currently paying a shift differential of $1.00 per hour worked between 12:00 am - 8:00 am in addition to the hourly pay rate. Requirements: The Residential Specialist I responsibilities include: - Document all activities, communications, and encounters with individuals in recovery according to service contract and MHC requirements. - Implement the Individual Recovery Plan (IRP).
