Arrabelle Starbucks Store Manager - Full Time - Year Round - Vail, CO Located in Lionshead within the Arrabelle at Vail Square shops, at the base of the Eagle Bahn Gondola, the Arrabelle Starbucks is a thriving place to get warmed up after a run down the slopes in the winter and an amazing spot to sit and chat with friends and family after a summer time hike. As a Store Manager, your Starbucks store will be an important part of local community. You will help your store and employees make connections with the customers they see every day. You will be responsible for full range of management functions including but not limited to: planning and strategy, department oversight, P & L accountability, training, interviewing and staffing the store appropriately. The store manager is also responsible for external relationships and compliance to all Vail Resorts and Starbucks brand standards.
