Job description

The Plant Logistics Manager (PLM) is responsible for leading the Material Logistics Management (MLM) operations team in Safety, Quality, lean Stellantis Production Way and Inventory Control Optimization activities at the plant level. The PLM is the department head and is responsible for the development of the MLM plant staff to grow future leaders. This individual will use analytics to develop the strategic direction for the MLM department in support of plant, division and corporate objectives. The PLM is held accountable for meeting industry and company audit compliance, managing and allocating department financial resources, and interpreting and communicating the corporate business directives at the plant level.
