Responsibilities & Qualifications We are seeking a Network Senior System Engineer to join TekSynap in delivering innovative, mission-focused IT solutions for our DoD customers. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: - Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field OR - An additional four (4) years of MS Systems Administration experience (in lieu of the degree) Experience: - Eight (8) years of experience in Cisco devices, including Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching, routing protocols, UCS, DWDM, and various routing, switching, and data center platforms. - Eight (8) years of experience configuring, operating, and troubleshooting networks. Certifications: - DoD 8570 IAM Level III Baseline Certification: - Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) - Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) - GIAC Security Leadership Certification (GSLC) - Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO) - Cisco Certified Network Professional Routing (CCNP) - Cisco Certified Network Professional Switching (CCNP) - Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Clearance: - Top Secret – IT-I (Tier 5) must be able to attain SCI and HCS/G/NATO read-on/access.
