Overview Provide business support to our Training Services team, enabling us to empower our customers to solve the world’s problems with GIS. Analyze department pricing, revenue, costs, and processes to ensure profitability. Communicate recommendations to department leadership team and work with department leaders to manage risk and budgets. Collaborate with team members to improve strategies, processes, and policies that allow Esri to expand user adoption and awareness of Esri’s software. Esri has a Relocation Assistance Program and can provide support with relocating to the Redlands, CA area for this position. Responsibilities: - Work with the Training Services leadership team to define and implement business initiatives and operational plans in support of product and revenue objectives, including pricing strategies - Prepare and present financial reports, analysis, and other documentation that provides insight into business processes, policies, and performance - Initiate, negotiate, administer, and enforce various types of agreements with customers, partners, subcontractors, and vendors - Identify, research, and solve a wide range of business-related issues, including customer o...
