Incident Response Assistant (part-time, 9-11 month contract) – Incident Response Assistants are on the front line to assist students with any emergencies that arise. They report to the Residence and Student Life Manager, liaising with campus health professionals, and the Facilities Office to respond in person to incidents, report incidents to the correct channels, complete an on-call log at the end of each shift, write incident reports about any emergencies handled, meet with OSL staff once per week, assist with check-in, orientation, and check-out. During office hours, IRAs engage in front and back office tasks in the Office of Student Life and provide information and assistance to students, colleagues, visitors, and collaborators.
