Project Name: The Data Center Colocation and Migration Project TASKS & DUTIES: Objective: - Determine RTO and RPO for critical services and applications. Scope: - Program area specific application and data RTO and RPO for disaster recovery. Tasks Breakdown: - Application Inventory - Business Impact and Risk analysis - Work with development team and business team to determine appropriate RPO and RTO - Develop recovery strategies - Create environmentally agnostic DR security patterns.
