We are seeking an experienced and commercial Operations Director to oversee a complex portfolio of Contract Logistics operations across multiple warehouse sites, strategic customer accounts, and fast-paced operational environments. Reporting to the VP of Contract Logistics, this is a senior opportunity for someone passionate about operational excellence, customer success, safety, and continuous improvement. About the role: You will take ownership of multi-site logistics operations, driving high performance across safety, service, productivity, and financial delivery. Supporting large operational teams, you will ensure customer KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved while identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency, and operational transformation.
