About You The Fractional CFO will help build and operate Optiml’s financial operating system during a critical scale-up phase. This role combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on operational execution, ensuring that the company maintains strong financial discipline, liquidity visibility, and investor-ready reporting while scaling its B2B SaaS business. Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, the Fractional CFO will oversee outsourced accounting partners, establish structured financial processes, and introduce pragmatic automation that reduces manual work and improves financial transparency. A key focus of the role is ensuring high data consistency across finance, operations, and commercial teams, enabling leadership to make faster and better-informed decisions. The role also includes financial coordination across Optiml’s Swiss parent company and its international subsidiaries (Germany and the UK, with potential other expansions), ensuring clean consolidation, governance, and scalable processes as the company grows.
