Job description

Lloyd's Barbeque (a subsidiary of Hormel Corporation) is looking for General Workers at our Mendota Heights facility. Pay for the position starts at $21.00 to $21.50 per hour. The General Production Worker's task include: - Abiding by all Lloyd's Barbeque plant safety rules - Operating a food packaging machine for both pork and beef ribs - Operating food processing equipment - Assisting with the coordination and running of a food processing line - Hanging ribs (both and pork and beef) for smoking - Unload and place ribs (both pork and beef) into a packaging machine - Loading product onto stands for cooking - Performing product inspection checks - Label both packages of product and cases of product - Place finished product into a case - Picking up and stacking cases of product onto a pallet - Completing all necessary paperwork correctly and in a timely manner - Operating an electric Pallet Jack (in-house training provided) - Relieving other Lloyd's BBQ plant positions as necessary (additional pay provided if relieving a higher pay grade position) - Following good manufacturing practices (GMP's) - Perform any and all duties (washroom and production) as assigned by 1st line supervisor...
