We are looking for a Service Manager to join our customer centric Service team. At Kendall Auto of the Kenai Peninsula, our Service Department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years work experience in a large shop or dealership setting including previous management experience. The required schedule will include evenings and weekends; extended work hours will often be required without advanced notice. As Service Manager, you will plan, organize and control service department operations to meet dealership goals and manufacturer requirements which will include, supervise department employees, ensure company policy and procedures are followed, review and control operational expenses, and resolve customer concerns.
