Product Manager (Enterprise Tools) Department: Corporate/Administrative: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Remote- USA: Reporting To: Kat Nelson- Galke: Description: Trilon is building a supercharged, technology-enabled future for our people and partners. The Product Manager plays a critical role in that mission by owning the full product lifecycle for one of our product pods, from validated use case through deployed and adopted tool. You are accountable for what your pod builds, why it gets built, and whether it drives measurable behavior change across our operating companies. You translate field intelligence from the AI Innovation team into clear product definitions, maintain a prioritized backlog that engineering can execute against, and define the success metrics that determine whether a tool delivers real value. Operating at the intersection of discovery and delivery, you receive qualified use cases and shape them into build-ready products. You work closely with the Principal Solutions Architect to ensure technical feasibility, with the Lead Engineer to drive execution, and with the QA Engineer to define acceptance criteria that reflect real-world quality standards.
