Description Relief veterinarians are a vital part of helping us expand access to care and meet our clients where they are emotionally and financially. What You’ll Do: - Provide general practice and urgent care services, including wellness and/or urgent care exams and diagnostics. - Partner with skilled veterinary support staff to deliver compassionate and efficient care. - Document cases thoroughly and ensure excellent client communication. Requirements: What We’re Looking For: Compensation: Relief veterinarians are compensated at a daily rate of $1,400 per 10-hr General Practice shift and $1,800 per 10-hr Urgent Care shift. - DVM or equivalent degree, with a current California license in good standing. - Experience in small animal practice; experience with incremental and spectrum of care case management strongly preferred. - Strong communication skills and a commitment to client education. - Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced general practice environment.
