About the Role: The Scaffold Builder is responsible for the safe, efficient assembly and disassembly of scaffolding systems at various job sites. This role also supports the loading and unloading of equipment between the warehouse, trucks, and job locations. Work is performed outdoors and at elevated heights, requiring physical stamina and strict adherence to safety standards. Starting Pay: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Mobilize scaffolding materials and equipment across work areas to support erection and dismantling activities. Assemble and disassemble scaffolding components in accordance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
