JOB OVERVIEW: As the industry-leading manufacturer and distributor of abrasive blasting equipment and supplies, our Davenport manufacturing team is critical to our overall business strategy, fueling Allredi's growth across North America. We are looking for an exceptional leader to motivate and inspire our skilled team of welders, fabricators and assemblers to keep up with growing demand for our products. Previous management experience is essential along with a hunger to learn and grow with the business. Work is day-shift with some evenings and weekends required to meet business goals. Understands the technical aspects of the department while providing “hands-on” knowledge of operational tasks and equipment to improve operating efficiency, processes materials in accordance with manufacturing specification and quality standards.
