Job Description Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as on-site. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to HQ Building in Shanghai, China full time. The Role: Support GM China’s corporate development and partnership agenda by driving new business opportunities, managing strategic relationships, and facilitating key negotiations through effective cross-functional collaboration — enabling growth and strengthening GM’s position in the China market. What You'll Do: 1. Corporate & New Business Development Identify and assess new business opportunities through continuous industry and competitive monitoring. Lead cross-functional teams in project framing, strategic evaluation, and solution development. Drive project execution and ensure timely progress through effective coordination across GM, joint ventures, and partner organizations. Support senior management decision-making by highlighting key issues, recommending solutions, and preparing briefing materials. Collaborate with global and regional counterparts to ensure consistent alignment on strategy, business priorities, and execution. 2.
