Company: Compassus Position Summary: The Revenue Cycle Supervisor is responsible for modeling the Compassus values of Compassion, Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Innovation and for promoting the Compassus philosophy, using the 6 Pillars of Success as the foundation. S/he is responsible for upholding the Code of Ethical Conduct and for promoting positive working relationships within the company, among all departments, and all external stakeholders. The Revenue Cycle Supervisor prepares weekly/monthly reports and reconciliation in a timely and manner and performing Revenue Cycle Reviews. Additionally, s/he is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Revenue Cycle team. Position Specific Responsibilities: - Performs all episode realignments and payor changes to completion, collaborating with all necessary team members to ensure these are completed timely and billing is completed. - Researches and resolves accounts and identifies gaps between current and former payor requirements and existing billing documentation.
