TITLE: IT Program Coordinator STATUS: Exempt REPORTS TO: VP - IT Planning and Governance DEPARTMENT: IT Planning and Governance JOB CODE: 11365: PAY GRADE: 15S: PAY SCALE: $70,304.00 - $76,000.00 Annually GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The IT Program Coordinator is responsible for providing support to strategic IT programs and the IT management team at Golden 1 Credit Union. The role contributes to the IT project portfolio to ensure effective coordination and reporting across IT and the entire company as required. The IT Program Coordinator requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. The IT Coordinator will be responsible for working with and collaborating cross-functionally with Enterprise Applications, Digital, Security, Technology, Infrastructure, Facilities, Planning and Governance. The role will be coordinating schedules and meetings, organizing office activities and events, managing department projects, collecting reports, and coordinating departmental communication.
