JOB DESCRIPTION: Quality Specialist About Abbott European Distribution center: The European Distribution center in Machelen distributes products for the medical device division of Abbott. The EDC handles products from CRM, EP, HF, SH and NM and ships these to all region’s outside of the US. The DC was expanded earlier this year and is now 20.000m² large. Products (4,6 MM) per year are delivered to more than 5000 customers in over 120 countries. About the role: We are looking for a Quality Specialist to join our Quality team in Machelen. In this role, you will have end-to-end responsibility for quality-related processes and act as a key interface between suppliers, manufacturing, and internal stakeholders. The position combines administrative responsibilities with hands-on, operational quality work and requires a strong quality mindset and excellent communication skills. You will be part of a team of four Quality Specialists, reporting into the Quality organization, and working closely with QA Operations and Manufacturing.
