Recruiter (Full-Time, In-Office)

Description Shamrock Roofing & Construction is a fast-growing, family-owned company headquartered in Overland Park, KS. We’re expanding our team and hiring a full-time, in-office recruiter to help us attract and hire top talent across multiple departments. What You’ll Do: - Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple open roles (intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and handoff to onboarding) - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines - Proactively source candidates via job boards, referrals, networking, and outreach (not just inbound applicants) - Conduct phone/video screens and recommend top candidates to hiring managers - Coordinate interviews, communicate next steps quickly, and deliver a strong candidate experience - Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS - Build pipelines for repeat/hard-to-fill positions - Support hiring events and local recruiting efforts (job fairs, school programs, community outreach) - Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, interview volume) and provide weekly updates Requirements: - 1–3+ years of recruiting experience - Strong co...
