IMC’s Legal team supports the firm’s trading and investment activities across the Asia Pacific region, working closely with global colleagues in London, Amsterdam, Chicago, and Mumbai. Based in Sydney, this role is a key member of the APAC Legal team, taking ownership of employment and workplace matters across Australia and the broader region. You will operate at the centre of a fast-moving, intellectually rigorous environment, working alongside senior stakeholders across HR, business leadership, and global Legal to navigate complex, high-impact people matters. This is an opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to step into a commercially critical role—combining deep technical expertise with sharp judgement and a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset. You will be trusted to handle sensitive and nuanced issues, influence decision-making, and help shape best-in-class employment practices within a business that values precision, speed, and innovation.
