We have an opportunity for a B1 to join the Primary Care Capability division on a permanent basis, to take on the role of both Business Manager and Personal Assistant to our Deputy Director. You will also be involved in supporting policy colleagues within the division and working alongside our Director Support Team. Responsibilities: - Personal assistant duties to the Deputy Director for Primary Care Capability including management of calendar, inbox, and other support as required - In close liaison with Director support team, lead business support and programme management function for the division, including coordinating annual Certificate of Assurance, risk register management, and other duties. - Lead wider business management for the division, coordinating reporting, policy commissioning, travel and other business functions. - Lead organisation and act as Secretariat for divisional leadership and other priority meetings as required - Wider support to divisional units as required, according to...
