Description Creighton University’s College of Nursing is seeking appointments for a 9 month, full-time, faculty member with maternal child (OB, labor delivery, and postpartum) expertise to fill a faculty position in the College of Nursing’s BSN program. This on-site position is for the College’s Omaha campus. The candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in in acute care OB/Labor and Delivery/Postpartum settings with the flexibility to supervise students in community-based settings. Responsibilities include the teaching/supervision of undergraduate students in OB/Labor and Delivery/Postpartum settings, curriculum development, and academic advising. Other faculty responsibilities include those associated with service and scholarship commensurate with the College of Nursing and university expectations for rank. Qualifications: Candidates must possess at least a master’s degree in nursing and 2 years of clinical nursing experience in labor and delivery or postpartum nursing. An earned doctorate or enrollment in a doctoral program is preferred.
